After sales service has been disappointing, service manager Gina isn’t responsive to phone calls,,always in meetings! Our EV9 was evaluated for an issue which we provided video proof of the reoccurring problem, of the info screen going, which they couldn’t recreate in their shop and had to elevate it with a case number to Kia and conducted various testing, which didn’t pay out for the three weeks our car was in the shop. I made an appointment online for Saturday at 10 AM. Went to the dealership at 10 and met Greg. Took a test drive in the Telluride, and then after that, we sat down at the negotiating table. Negotiating went past the lunchtime and we were getting hungry. Greg offered us some Pizza and we excepted. Thank you Greg. Negotiating went smooth, and the financing was pretty straightforward. Just like any other dealership. experience should be. Everyone was very accommodating and nice.
Was in for a recall, done in a relatively ok amount of time. The entire waiting area smelled like weed and salemen circled us like sharks going in for the kil.

I really had great expectations when drop off my car and knew they will be able to find my car problem. Fortunately, Everyone behind it made geat team work and Jorge the mechanic made an amazing job as well with management. All attention was above expectations and definitely will recommend anyone I know has a Kia. Hope can get a new car next year at the dealership

I visited the dealership for 45,000 miles of maintenance. The advisor was friendly and explained everything in detail. It might have taken some time for all the necessary work to be done, but the waiting area was nice and provided snacks and comfortable seating. The only thing I didn’t like was the constant approach of salespersons trying to sell me a new car.

when I purchased the auto for Kia east my main concern was that I needed a cat 3 hitch. I was assured the sportage would support one however, your parts department could not get one for me. it took me several weeks to locate one. hopefully, the one that i found will work. but I have my doubts. I don't think I will buy another Kia from You. don't have a warn and fuzzy feeling dealing with you.

Took too long to repair AC. Shouldn't take 3 weeks. It took nearly 3 weeks to repair AC. Also, I don't like the guy selling windshield repair. They've been calling me nonstop.
