After sales service has been disappointing, service manager Gina isn’t responsive to phone calls,,always in meetings! I made an appointment online for Saturday at 10 AM. Went to the dealership at 10 and met Greg. Took a test drive in the Telluride, and then after that, we sat down at the negotiating table. Negotiating went past the lunchtime and we were getting hungry. Greg offered us some Pizza and we excepted. Thank you Greg. Negotiating went smooth, and the financing was pretty straightforward. Just like any other dealership. experience should be. Everyone was very accommodating and nice.

I visited the dealership for 45,000 miles of maintenance. The advisor was friendly and explained everything in detail. It might have taken some time for all the necessary work to be done, but the waiting area was nice and provided snacks and comfortable seating. The only thing I didn’t like was the constant approach of salespersons trying to sell me a new car.

when I purchased the auto for Kia east my main concern was that I needed a cat 3 hitch. I was assured the sportage would support one however, your parts department could not get one for me. it took me several weeks to locate one. hopefully, the one that i found will work. but I have my doubts. I don't think I will buy another Kia from You. don't have a warn and fuzzy feeling dealing with you.
