Your oil change shows 95.99 but I was not aware of the mandatory oil supplement kit and on the maintenance request sent to my phone it had a doc fee of 0.00 so I selected it. Did not realize it was actually 4.99 I would have declined it on the maintenance request text.

Sales and finance were fine. Service is horrible. Delivered brand new car without checking fluids. Sent it back and they still didn’t resolve completely and someone ate and spilled soda in it. Drove it back on my gas AND my tolls. Completely dissatisfied.

The engine in my 2015 KIA Sorento failed on a trip from Merritt Island to Lake County, FL. The nearest dealer was Greenway KIA. I was treated very well. My extreme anxiety was relieved when I was informed by the Service Advisor, Fin, that the engine would be replaced under warranty and a car could be rented at No Charge so I could get home.

Fiyin is an amazing service manager who is helpful and professional. He kept me informed on the progress of my car repairs.

Took 4 hours. For something I was told would be 1 hour. When I saw them not take my car back until almost 3 hours into appointment. No communication. Cost me $209 extra for late pick up of my kids. I made appointment. Came on time and was ignored.

Orlando fix a dent I have on the rear passenger side door on all my brand new Kia Telluride.

It just took longer than it should have. A software update shouldn't take 3 hours. I've had it done before. Also I went for oil change and tire rotation. At most the whole thing should have been an hour and a half or an hour and 40 minutes

All were pleasant,attentive and efficient. Upon my early arrival for my service appointment I was immediately taken care of and although it was my first time there I felt very much at home thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff.
