They did 2 recalls on my 2011 KIA Soul free of charge. It took around 1 week for the parts to come in (and they required a vehicle inspection before they would order the parts, so I had to make two trips to the dealership).
We came to Greenway Kia East with a bit of an unusual and complex deal we wanted to do. Luigi and the rest of the staff (we interacted with sales management and finance as well) worked with us, were patient and professional and most importantly, they got the job done for us. Very satisfied with our experience.

Bought a great used Kia but very unsatisfied that I am financing an appearance protection. The cost was added to my purchase agreement yet this is not something wiped on with a rag before purchased . I had to return for maintenance repair and questioned the finance manager and was told this is added to all new and used cars and the $1820 has to show on your purchase agreement and could not be removed. Luxcare is an option not added to all of the cars and this needs to be removed off of my Purchase Agreement. You definitely need to review ...
