All-New Second Generation

Kia completely redesigned the Seltos for 2027 with a longer
wheelbase, wider stance, increased passenger space, additional
cargo room and exterior design cues inspired by the 2027 Telluride.

Expanded X-Line Lineup

Kia offers X-Line versions with both the 2.0-liter engine and
the 1.6-liter turbocharged engine. X-Line models feature unique
exterior design elements, blacked-out trim and exclusive wheel designs.

More Passenger & Cargo Room

Kia increased the Seltos’ passenger and cargo capacity for the
second generation, including expanded cargo room behind both the
first and second rows.

First-Ever Seltos Hybrid

Kia has also announced the first Seltos Hybrid for the 2027
model year. Kia expects the Hybrid to arrive later in 2026.

2.0L Four-Cylinder

Kia rates the 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine at
147 horsepower and
132 lb.-ft. of torque.

The engine is paired with Kia’s Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT).

The 2.0-liter engine is used in LX, S, X-Line S and EX trims.

1.6L Turbo

The X-Line SX uses a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine
rated by Kia at 190 horsepower and
195 lb.-ft. of torque.

The turbo engine is paired with an
8-speed automatic transmission.

Available AWD

Kia offers all-wheel drive on applicable 2027 Seltos configurations.

The X-Line SX includes Multi-Terrain AWD settings for
Snow, Mud and Sand.
