Quick easy process. Sam already had the vehicle parked up front for me when I got there. Test drive was quick and covered everything I needed. I was already approved by USAA but Sam got me approved through Kia financing with a better rate than USAA. Overall a great process and easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend them.

My service representative Fin was welcoming and professional. He took the time to explain everything that would be done with the car, especially with the recall. The only reason I don’t give five stars is because the trim pieces needed to replace the ones that fell off my car are on back order, which is a frustration.

Internet sales process was extremely successful; Jonathan was always in touch with me on all aspects of the deal; price of unit, trade in value and current interest rates; the vehicle had to be swapped out for another one from another dealer but that process was smooth as well. Only bump in the process is doing the paperwork as it appeared that our dealership guy (Andy) was getting a little antsy about us reading the electronic documents and having questions about that process as the documents seemed to be out of order; as the first one states Do Not Sign” ...

Jonathan was Great at working internet deals; via text, emails and phone; getting the right car, dealing with a trade and seeking financing rates went pretty smoothly. However the paperwork process still drags on; and it seems as if financial person has never seen someone actually read the forms, which needs to be understood as legal contracts and binding, so people should be encouraged to take their time reading them; that wasn’t feeling that at all. Good service done to my Kia Sportage. The rate increases feel very high. I did agree to the high price however with the higher prices, the added up charge for using a credit card did not make me happy.

We made an appointment a few days in advance. When we got there the person who checked us in (Mathew) was Super nice! Even though we had an appointment though it took 3 hours for my car to get an oil change. We went on Veterans Day though so that was the issue, I kinda thought having an appointment would help though. They had snacks, coffee, and tea available for free and a vending machine for other drinks. You had the option to stay or leave.
