When we first arrived, we were greeted outside by Iderson. He was very polite and engaged in conversation with my family that came to assist. He was very knowledgeable with all the cars on the lot and he had an answer for every question I asked. He made the process of getting a new car for the first time run smoothly and was very enjoyable. I would 10/10 recommend Kia East to my friends and family members. Make sure to ask for Iderson.
The establishment was well ventilated with plenty of room to sit and not be crowded. It was nice and clean with a welcoming environment.

Tyler was the most pleasant salesperson I've ever met! He helped us find the SUV Hybrid we were looking for. We were so satisfied with Tyler and Greenway KIA! We had a KIA Amanti that was 17 years old and another KIA Cadenza that is 11 years old! We've never had a problem with any Kia we've bought! And we bought a Kia Sorento Hybrid! What an amazing vehicle! Again, Tyler got us the best deal! My husband and I are very happy!

After driving into service area and giving my keys I was never told to go inside and check in,it would help if person taking my keys instructed me to walk inside and check in.

Service is on par, everybody is busy. Car wash left my windows smeared, that needs to be improved. That is one of my pet peeves. If your windows are smeared and the sun is shining it impairs your view.
